There are no cancellation refunds.
Passengers cannot request a refund for any tickets subject to the agreement. Open ticket or date change may be possible up to 48 hours before departure. 1 open ticket and 2 date changes are permitted.

We recommend arriving at the port at least 1 hour before departure for customs and check-in procedures. During peak periods, allow 1.5 hours. Passengers who arrive late may not be accepted for boarding.
