Kos Island May Special – 1-Night Stay + Ferry Ticket

General Information

• The stated prices apply to reservations made for the period of May 1, 2027 – May 31, 2027; these are package prices that include a 1-night, 2-day stay and the ferry ticket.

• The hotels listed in the tour program are 3-star properties; the final hotel assignment will be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the tour date.

• Hotel check-in time is 14:00/15:00 (local time of the destination city), and check-out time is 11:00–12:00. Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the specific property.

• Passengers must be present at the designated port at least one hour before the scheduled ferry departure time for check-in procedures.

Services Included in the Price

• Round-trip ferry tickets (Bodrum–Kos–Bodrum)

• Accommodation with breakfast in 3-star hotels

• Port taxes

Services Not Included in the Price

• Transfers between Kos Port, the hotel, and Kos Port

• Kos hotel accommodation tax

• International departure fee

• Travel health insurance

• All personal expenses not included in the package

• Visa fee (for those without a Green Passport or Schengen visa)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Sales of accommodation packages are non-refundable; however, in the event of force majeure, the ferry ticket portion may be converted into an open ticket valid for 6 months.

• Date changes may be made subject to current hotel rates and availability, with any price difference payable by the customer. Important Notes

• Passport, customs, and visa procedures may vary depending on the volume of traffic on the day. Our agency has no control over the procedures or the process at the border; the entire process is managed by the Greek customs police.

• Travelers with a TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) stamp in their passports cannot enter Greece.
