Required Documents for Rhodes Island

1. Visa Application Form

The application form must be filled in English-Greek. It must be completed with English characters and capital letters.

The application form must be filled out electronically.

Articles 10, 20, 27, 28, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37 and the right columns of pages 1 and 2 must be left blank.

  • Article 2: Asks married women's maiden name; unmarried persons should leave blank.
  • Article 6: Write TURKEY.
  • Article 7: Write TURKISH in the first box; leave the box below empty.
  • Article 16: Write the issuing authority on your passport (e.g., FETHIYE).
  • Article 17: Write your residential address in English.
  • Article 18: Check the first box marked NO.
  • Article 19: Write your occupation in English.
  • Article 21: Check the Tourism box.
  • Articles 22 & 23: Write GREECE, RHODES in both.
  • Article 24: Check Single Entry.
  • Article 25: Write the number of days of your stay followed by DAYS.
  • Article 26: Check NO if no Schengen visa in last 3 years; check YES and write visa dates if applicable.
  • Article 29: Write the entry date to the island.
  • Article 30: Write the departure date from the island.
  • Article 31: Write your hotel name, address, email and phone number.
  • Article 33: Check the left box; check boxes 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Sign with blue pen on the last page.
Children's Form
  • Article 17: Write the sponsor's phone number and email address.
  • Article 19: Write STUDENT or CHILD accordingly.
  • Article 33: Check the right box; write FATHER or MOTHER: FULL NAME after box 1. Check boxes 2, 4, 5, and 6.
  • Sponsor must sign with blue pen on the last page.
  • An English sponsorship letter is required.
2. Bank Statement
  • Last 3 months, in English, with wet signature and stamp, obtained no earlier than 14 days before travel.
  • Account must show a minimum balance of 500 Euro or TL equivalent.
  • Adults cannot be sponsored. For children under 18, an additional 500 Euro per child is required.
  • Investment accounts are not accepted.
  • If the bank cannot provide English statements, a consular letter showing the balance is required.
3. Travel Health Insurance
  • Must start 3 days before travel and end 3 days after return, in English.
  • Must have wet signature or QR code.
4. Hotel Reservation
  • Airbnb reservations are also accepted.
  • Reservation must be pre-paid.
  • All travelers' names must appear on the reservation.
5. Ferry Ticket Copy
  • Tickets can be purchased from our website or call center (0252 614 3434).
  • Same-day trips are not allowed. Minimum 1 night, maximum 6 nights / 7 days.
6. Passport Copy
  • Front page copy is sufficient.
  • Those with Schengen visas within the last year must include visa stamp pages.
  • Cyprus stamps, rejected Schengen visas, or passport validity less than 6 months may result in rejection.
7. Biometric Photo
  • 2 biometric photos taken within the last 6 months.
  • Do not attach photos to the form.
8. Visa Fee
  • Adults: 80 Euro, Children (0-17): 20 Euro.
  • Fee must be sent in cash Euro with the documents.
9. Commitment Letter
  • Must be filled with blue pen.
  • Confirms that no refund will be issued if the visa is rejected.

Required Documents for Kos Island

1. Visa Application Form

The form must be completed electronically using Latin characters and capital letters.

For Kos Island, do not sign the form. Signatures will be done in front of a Greek police officer upon arrival.

The passport photo page must be attached without exceeding the marked line. Staples are strictly prohibited.

2. Passport Copy
  • Must be colored and legible. Blurred copies will not be accepted.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
  • No TRNC entry stamps on the passport.
  • At least 2 facing blank visa pages required.
  • Those previously rejected for a Schengen visa cannot apply.
3. ID Card Copy

Colored and legible. Blurred copies will not be accepted.

4. Previous Greek Entry Stamps

Copy of previous Greek entry stamps (if available).

5. Biometric Photos

3 original biometric photos (taken within the last 6 months, without glasses). Do not attach to form.

6. Bank Statement

Last 3 months. Minimum 450 € (Euro) or equivalent per person.

7. Hotel Reservation
  • Must be in English and confirmed.
  • All travelers' names must be visible on the hotel documents.
  • Payment receipt must also be in English.
8. Ferry Ticket

Round-trip ferry ticket (tickets purchased from our company are valid).

9. Travel Insurance

In English. Coverage must match the duration of stay.

10. Visa Fee

Adults: 60 € + 20 € service fee = 80 € total
Children (0-17.99): 20 € service fee

Important: Door visa is accepted on the 08:30 ferry; not accepted on the 16:00 ferry.
Warning: Same-day door visa to Kos Island is not accepted. No refund is issued if the visa is rejected.

  • Passport copy: COLORED copy of photo page (passport must be valid for at least 3 months and 7 days, and not older than 10 years)
  • 2 biometric photos
  • ID card front and back COLORED copy
  • Round-trip ferry ticket (return date must be specified, open-date tickets not accepted)
  • Pre-paid hotel reservation confirmation in ENGLISH (names of all visa applicants must be listed on the reservation)
  • Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form (last page must be signed)
  • Travel health insurance in English, minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro
  • Bank statement in English (last 3 months), minimum 450 Euro or TL equivalent

  • Total visa cost is 80 €, which must be sent together with documents to Tilos Travel Kuşadası office.
  • Only Turkish passport holders can benefit from the door visa.
  • Children aged 0-17.99: 20 €.
  • No refund is issued if the visa is rejected by Greek police.
  • If the traveler does not attend the scheduled ferry for any reason, the visa application is rejected with no refund.
  • Children traveling with a single parent require a notarized consent letter translated into ENGLISH.
