Required Documents for Rhodes Island

Note: For visa-on-arrival applications, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months.

Visa-on-arrival applications must be delivered to our branches within 10 days of the travel date. Shipping costs must be paid by the sender. Note: Each person must prepare their own documents separately.

Note: Newly married female passengers whose passport surname is different must renew their passport.

Visa-on-arrival applications from applicants with birthplace information in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus may be subject to additional review by the Greek authorities, and may carry a higher risk of negative outcomes compared to other applications. Therefore, the evaluation process is entirely at the discretion of the Greek authorities.

1. Visa Application Form
The application form is available in English and Greek and must be completed. The form must be filled out using English characters and capital letters.

The application form must be completed electronically.

If you are having trouble filling out the form, please send the completed Excel form (rhodes_vize_veri_girisi_v2) from the downloaded files to our WhatsApp line at 0533 371 68 97. We can fill out and send the form for you.

After signing the submitted application form (Word file) and gathering the other documents, you can send it by courier.

Each applicant should fill out the application form items according to their own situation, referring to the item numbers below.

Answers should be written in English capital letters.

1. Last Name: Write your last name as it appears on your passport in CAPITAL LETTERS.
2. Write your maiden name. Leave it blank if it hasn't changed or if you don't have one.
3. First Name: Write your first name as it appears on your passport in CAPITAL LETTERS.
4. Date of Birth: Enter in DD-MM-YYYY format. Example: 15-03-1990
5. Place of Birth: Write the city/district where you were born. Example: ISTANBUL
6 Country of Birth Write your country of birth. Example: TURKEY
7 Current Nationality Write your current nationality. Example: TURKISH
7b Nationality at Birth Write if you had a different nationality at birth. Leave BLANK if you do not.
7c Other Nationalities Leave BLANK if you do not have another nationality.
8 Indicate Gender
9 Marital Status Mark SINGLE / MARRIED / DIVORCED / WIDOW / SEPARATED
10 Guardian Information (CHILD) Filled out only for CHILD. Write the father's name and surname.
11 Turkish Republic Identity Number Write your Turkish Republic Identity Number
12 Select ☒ Ordinary passport as Passport Type if you have a standard payroll passport.
13 Passport Number Enter your passport number.
14. Date of Issue: Enter the date of issue of your passport in the format DD-MM-YYYY.
15. Expiration Date: Enter the expiration date of your passport in the format DD-MM-YYYY.
16. Issuing Authority: Write the Issuing Authority as it appears on your passport.
17. EU Family Member: Leave BLANK if you do not have a family member who is an EU citizen.
19. Address and Email: Enter your home address and email address. (EXAMPLE: ATATURK NEIGHBOURHOOD, CUMHURIYET STREET NO:1 FETHIYE/MUGLA)
19. Phone: Enter your mobile phone number. Example: +90 532 123 45 67
20. Residence Abroad: Mark ☒ No if you do not have a residence abroad.
21. Occupation: Write your current occupation.
22. Employer / School: Write the employer's name, address, and phone number. Example: TILOS LTD. / FETHIYE / 0252-111-22-33. If you are a student, please write your school name.

27 Arrival Date Enter the start date of your trip in DD-MM-YYYY format.

29 Hotel Name Write the name of the hotel where you will be staying.
29 Hotel Address Write the address of the hotel.
29 Hotel Email The hotel's email address. Leave BLANK if none exists.

On the last page, write the city and date in the Place and Date field. Example: RHODES, 01-06-2026.

Form for Children
An English sponsorship letter is required (a letter stating that all expenses on the island are the child's responsibility).
The remaining sections should be filled out in the same way as for adults.
2. Bank Account Statement
The statement must be an English-language current account document covering the last 3 months, signed and stamped, or accompanied by a signature specimen, and obtained no earlier than 14 days before your travel date. Statements obtained earlier are not considered current.
Investment accounts are not accepted. Foreign currency investment accounts are also not accepted; foreign currency accounts must also be current accounts.
Passengers presenting a foreign currency account must also send a Turkish Lira (TL) account statement.
The account must have a balance of at least 1000 Euros or the equivalent in TL per person and the account must be active. For adult individuals.

Required Documents for Kos Island

1. Visa Application Form

The form must be completed electronically using Latin characters and capital letters.

For Kos Island, do not sign the form. Signatures will be done in front of a Greek police officer upon arrival.

The passport photo page must be attached without exceeding the marked line. Staples are strictly prohibited.

2. Passport Copy

• Must be colored and legible. Blurred copies will not be accepted.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
• No TRNC entry stamps on the passport.
• At least 2 facing blank visa pages required.
• Those previously rejected for a Schengen visa cannot apply.

3. ID Card Copy

Colored and legible. Blurred copies will not be accepted.

4. Previous Greek Entry Stamps

Copy of previous Greek entry stamps (if available).

5. Biometric Photos

3 original biometric photos (taken within the last 6 months, without glasses). Do not attach to form.

6. Bank Statement

Last 3 months. Minimum 450 € (Euro) or equivalent per person.

7. Hotel Reservation

• Must be in English and confirmed.
• All travelers' names must be visible on the hotel documents.
• Payment receipt must also be in English.

8. Ferry Ticket

Round-trip ferry ticket (tickets purchased from our company are valid).

9. Travel Insurance

In English. Coverage must match the duration of stay.

10. Visa Fee

Adults: 60 € + 20 € service fee = 80 € total
Children (0-17.99): 20 € service fee

Required Documents for Samos Island

Documents listed below must be delivered to Tilos Travel Kuşadası office via cargo or in person at least 10 days before the travel date to Samos Island.

• Passport copy: COLORED copy of photo page (passport must be valid for at least 3 months and 7 days, and not older than 10 years)
• 2 biometric photos
• ID card front and back COLORED copy
• Round-trip ferry ticket (return date must be specified, open-date tickets not accepted)
• Pre-paid hotel reservation confirmation in ENGLISH (names of all visa applicants must be listed on the reservation)
• Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form (last page must be signed)
• Travel health insurance in English, minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro
• Bank statement in English (last 3 months), minimum 450 Euro or TL equivalent

Details

• Total visa cost is 80 €, which must be sent together with documents to Tilos Travel Kuşadası office.
• Only Turkish passport holders can benefit from the door visa.
• Children aged 0-17.99: 20 €.
• No refund is issued if the visa is rejected by Greek police.
• If the traveler does not attend the scheduled ferry for any reason, the visa application is rejected with no refund.
• Children traveling with a single parent require a notarized consent letter translated into ENGLISH.
