- The right to reschedule and put
on hold is accepted with the condition of giving notice 2 days before
departure time.
- Tickets put on hold must not
exceed a 6-month period to remain valid. Tickets exceeding the 6-month
period are automatically cancelled.
- Passengers provide their mobile
phone numbers to the system during ticket purchase. For this reason,
cancelled and changed services are notified to passengers.
- Ticket checks are done with
barcodes at boarding. Cancelled, rescheduled, and suspended tickets can be

- Passengers traveling with pets
must inform the carrier company office, which is the last item among the
